Select a node The second dialog type is used to select a node (or event). This type appears when you choose the following commands: • Get alias… • Go to node… • Get node… For this dialog type, the static text item in the upper left-hand part of the dialog box displays the text “Select a node”. In the “Directory” list box, all the objects can be selected. However, if you select a folder, and click the “OK” button, the directory corresponding to the selected folder in the “Directory” list box, becomes the current directory in the dialog box. By using the navigation methods explained above, i.e., double-clicking folders in the “Directory” list box, and using “Directory” and the “Windows” popup menus, you can find your way to the directory where the wanted object is located. When you have found the right directory, you finish the dialog by selecting the wanted object in the “Directory” list box, and clicking the “OK” button. Note that if you do not select anything in the “Directory” list box, the “OK” button is disabled.
